These terms apply to your use of goodweatherhome.com and to purchases from COMOGIA LTD, operating as Good Weather Home ("we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to them. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the dispatch confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you've paid, we refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Any delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order.

Delivery, returns and warranty

Delivery, returns and warranty are governed by our Delivery information, Returns & refunds policy and 1-year limited warranty, which form part of these terms.

Product use

Use our products as described in the user manual and the safety information on our product pages. Product photos show the product in typical settings; accessories, furniture and decor shown in lifestyle photos are not included unless listed under "What's in the box".

Text, photos and design on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the price you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death, personal injury or fraud), or your statutory rights or your rights under our warranty.

Disputes

If you have a problem, contact us first at support@goodweatherhome.com; most issues are solved quickly that way. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
