Made for British weather.
Because one day it's freezing, and the next you're opening the windows. Switch from the panel or the remote.
Heat
Brings a cold room up to the temperature you set. For the guest room, the basement, the home office.
Cool
Cools the room on hot days and nights. Pair it with sleep mode for a quiet bedroom.
Dry
Pulls moisture out of muggy air without overcooling the room.
Fan
Moves the air on mild days, using the least power.

When it's cold, it heats.
Pick a temperature on the remote and the unit brings the room up to it, then holds it there. Take the edge off chilly days wherever the central heating falls short.

When it's hot, it cools.
Same unit, other button. Sleep mode dims the display and keeps the fan low through the night, and the timer switches it off on its own.

Goes where you are.
Four castors and side handles: the home office in the morning, the bedroom at night. No mounting, no tools.

What it costs to run.
Cooling
Rated energy consumption is 1.33 kWh. On a 24p/kWh tariff that's roughly 32p an hour running flat out — less on a lower fan speed or with the thermostat holding temperature.
Class A efficiency
Rated Energy Efficiency Class A — among the more efficient ratings for a portable compressor unit of this size.
Heating
Heat mode draws power on the same circuit; exact running cost depends on the room and the temperature you set, same as any electric heater.
Questions
Is this a real air conditioner, or just a fan?
A real one. It's a compressor air conditioner — 12,000 BTU/h cooling capacity — not an evaporative air cooler. It vents hot air outside through a window using the included kit.
Does it need a window or exhaust hose?
Yes. Like any portable air conditioner, it needs a window or vent for the exhaust hose to expel hot air outside. A window kit for slide or hinged windows is included — it isn't suitable for a windowless room.
Can it really heat as well as cool?
Yes. Heat is one of its four modes, alongside cool, dehumidify and fan. You switch between them on the panel or the remote.
What size room will it cool?
Up to 30 m² / 323 sq ft, based on the unit's 12,000 BTU/h cooling capacity.
Is it difficult to set up?
No tools needed. It arrives assembled: stand it upright, fit the window kit, plug it in, choose a mode. The manual is in the box.
Is it noisy?
Rated at 54 dB. Sleep mode runs the fan at its lowest speed and dims the display, for bedrooms and nights.
Can I use it with an extension lead?
No. Like any heating appliance, plug it straight into a wall socket.
When will it arrive?
Dispatch and delivery times are shown at checkout before you pay, with tracking by email.
What if it's not right for me?

What customers say.
Switched to heat mode the first cold evening and the spare room warmed right up. Sleep mode is properly quiet too.
