This policy explains how COMOGIA LTD, operating as Good Weather Home ("we", "us"), the data controller, collects and uses personal information when you visit goodweatherhome.com or buy from us, in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

- Order information: your name, email, phone number, delivery and billing address, and the products you buy.
- Payment information: handled directly by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
- Messages: what you send us by email or through the contact page.
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed and how you reached our site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Why we use it, and our legal basis
- To process, deliver and support your order, including returns and warranty claims — performance of a contract.
- To answer your questions — performance of a contract / legitimate interests.
- To send order and delivery updates — performance of a contract.
- To send marketing emails if you opt in. Every email has an unsubscribe link — consent.
- To measure and improve our website and advertising — legitimate interests, or consent for non-essential cookies.

Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the store: our payment processor, delivery carriers and warehouse, email provider, website host, and analytics and advertising partners (such as Meta and Google). They may use it only to provide their services to us. Where data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK's International Data Transfer Addendum. We do not sell your personal information.

We keep order records as long as needed for warranty, tax and accounting purposes, generally up to 7 years, and other information only as long as it's useful for the purposes above.

Children
Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information.
